Thank you for visiting and shopping at Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipping Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a day or two.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment to your order, we will be contact you via email or telephone.

Frozen and Refrigerated Product Orders

All frozen and refrigerated orders require the DHL Parcel UK shipping method for a fully tracked and next day delivery service.

These order will only be despatched Monday to Wednesday.  

Products in this category are despatched using a thermal bag or box depending on the size of your order, along with ice packs to help keep a low temperature during the delivery process. This guarantees the quality of your goods for aproximately 24 hours from the day of despatch. We cannot guarantee the quality of frozen items after 24 hours.

When you recieve your package, frozen items may be slightly defrosted on the surface but the product is still in good condition. It is unlikely that the product has completely defrosted or spoiled.

Should there be an issue with your frozen products, please send us an email within 1 hour of recieving your delivery. Please provide us with photographic evidence of any suspected damage. 

We hold no responsiblity for the quality of frozen products should you choose to rearrange the delivery and this results in your items defrosting or spoiling.


Order Amendments

Once your order is placed and you wish to add more products, please email or call us to get this sorted as soon as possible before shipping.

Amending an order could cause a delay in shipping by an additional day and/or additional shipping charges.

Amending will create a secondary invoice which will need to be paid before we despatch your order.

In rare cases, should you decide to place a second order instead of amending your first, they will be shipped seperatly and the shipping charges will stand.

Once your order has been fulfilled (despatched/ready to despatch) you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Any missed deliveries, you must contact the courier to arrange a redelivery or collection.
