How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

Once your order has been placed and fulfilled depending on the service you have chosen, Royal mail 2-3 Business Days and DHL Next Business Day.

Will I be able to track my order?

Yes. Once your order has been fulfilled we will send you a email with a tracking number and courier company name linked to the number.

What if i’m not home to receive my order? 

Royal mail will leave a delivery card with details about your order. DHL will send a email or sms text giving you delivery options e.g. deliver to a neighbour, leave in a safe place. If you do not inform DHL of a delivery option they will return the next working day.
