Shipping Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a day or two. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment to your order, we will be contact you via email or telephone.

All Frozen and Refrigerated products have been temporarily removed for sale.

Products are still available in-store.

Order placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day.

Once your order has been fulfilled (dispatched/ready to dispatch) you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and the carrier it belongs to. 

DHL will also send a confirmation alert. Please follow the link they have sent either by email or SMS text in case you are not home to allow you to select a alternative delivery option. Failure to do so will result in your order being delivered the next working day.

Any issues whilst your order is in transit you MUST notify us immediately via email or phone ( - 02073949203).

Any missed deliveries, you MUST contact the courier.
