Thank you for visiting and shopping at Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Shipping Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a day or two. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment to your order, we will be contact you via email or telephone.

Frozen Item Orders

All frozen orders require the purchase of a thermal box and DHL next day service. Without these essentials we cannot guarantee your order will arrive in the best conditions or be delivered by the courier. If you choose to risk sending your order without the essentials stated we cannot offer any refunds or credit towards another order if the courier decides to discard your current order due to possible leaks. We will make contact before any shipment is made to make you are aware of these terms. Thursday 1pm is the cut off time during the week as DHL cannot guarantee weekend deliveries. 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

A free delivery option is also available for orders over £80 under 15kg, as described in our header. Any orders that fail to meet these terms will be notified via email or have your order cancelled and refunded.

Once your order has been fulfilled (dispatched/ready to dispatch) you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and the carrier it belongs to. 

DHL will send their own confirmation email with your tracking number and delivery options. Please follow the link they have sent either by email or sms in case you are not home when they are going to deliver so that they can either leave it with a neighbour or a safe place of your choosing. Failure to do so will result in your order being delivered the next working day.

Any issues whilst your order is in transit you MUST notify us immediately via email or phone ( - 02073949203).

Any missed deliveries, you MUST contact the courier.
