Shipping Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a day or two.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment to your order, we will be contact you via email or telephone.

Frozen Item Orders

All frozen orders require the purchase of a thermal box and DPD service.

If you choose to risk sending your order without the essentials stated we cannot offer any refunds or credit towards another order if the courier decides to discard your entire order due to possible leaks.

We will make contact before any shipment is made to make you are aware of these terms.

Orders containing frozen products will be dispatched Monday to Wednesday only.

An additional charge of £5.00 will be applied to your delivery charge if you should pass the 30KG limit for DPD shipping method which will be limited to another 30KG parcel.

Once your order has been fulfilled (dispatched/ready to dispatch) you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and the courier it belongs to.

Any issues whilst your order is in transit you MUST notify us immediately via email or phone ( - 02073949203).

Any missed deliveries, you MUST contact the courier to arrange a redelivery.

DPD will keep you updated as your order is processing through their channel. An hour slot will be provided as to when you can expect your order to be delivered. If you won’t be home please follow the link they provide you to select a delivery alternative.
